Shawn was very patient and I felt comfortable asking him questions and not feel pressured. I told him I was interested in purchasing the Overland. I was happy with the end result. I give Shawn Squires 5+ stars!! Also, the service dept that I have been going to for 18 years deserve a 5+ stars also!! More

Disappointed in couple of things I reviewed a list of items that either needed immediate attention or could wait a bit. I chose to have work done on: 1. check MIL dash indicator - I reviewed a list of items that either needed immediate attention or could wait a bit. I chose to have work done on: 1. check MIL dash indicator -done. "radiator rationality" Was code. Replaced thermostat & coolant 2. Replaced worn serpentine belt 3. Replaced collapsed transmission mount 4. Replaced left front marker lamp bulb 5. Told to replace BOTH engine and cabin air filters -only cabin filter replaced 6. Needed to replace left rear shock - service should have replaced BOTH shocks. Makes absolute sense. My husband always replaced both in other vehicles as they both were installed at same time! Now I need to replace right rear shock. 7. Had oil & filter changed When service was done David called my cell phone to tell me at which time I told him I had been in the waiting room the entire time with the exception of walking across the street to get lunch. I was told that my itemized receipt would include the list of what other things needed to be done (so I can plan my budget). There was NO LIST. Lastly, I think it's about time this dealership should spend some money in their waiting area. You should check out other dealership service waiting rooms to see what they offer -yours needs major updating and needs to be brought into the 21st century. After spending 7 hours there I couldn't help but compare service waiting areas at other dealerships I've had to pick up family and friends from. Those dealerships not only provided coffee & water but Acton Toyota actually has a small cafeteria and gives you vouchers for light fare with other options you pay for. They have a gym where you can work out. They have a play area for young children as well as work area with internet access (as you also provide) I was disappointed in this last visit. I expected more. More
