Disappointed customer Very disappointed, no follow up with what’s going on with my car. Tell me it’ll be done in a day and it took 4 days. Brought my car back for my check Very disappointed, no follow up with what’s going on with my car. Tell me it’ll be done in a day and it took 4 days. Brought my car back for my check engine being ion after being serviced at this dealership and I’m being charged for it. Makes no sense, I never had any issues with my car until I got it serviced here. Asked for a rental because of my previous experience and I was told no that I could get a courtesy ride home instead. Never received a phone call yesterday as to what happened with my car and why my light was on. I now have to reschedule two doctors appointments because I have no car to get to them. Also need to call an Uber to get to work because I have no update on my car nor a rental. Completely unprofessional service I’ve received on two occasions not even two weeks apart. More

New vehicle purchase My wife and I went to Lawless Chrysler looking for a Rubicon wrangler that she wanted. With the help of Chris our sales person it was determined that My wife and I went to Lawless Chrysler looking for a Rubicon wrangler that she wanted. With the help of Chris our sales person it was determined that we had to order the vehicle with the color and options that my wife wanted. The whole process was seamless from the order to the delivery and everything in between. Very comfortable and clean facility with friendly professional staff that made us feel at ease each time we went there. Upon returning for a state inspection ( at their second location) few days later I had the pleasure of meeting Antonio Who took very good care of me and will now be the only one servicing my vehicle.
