Overall Good Experience The moment I walked in the doors I was greeted by Salesman Junior De Souza. He was extremely professional and helpful from start to finish. Junior worked with us for a few hours to figure out the best option that worked in our budget. The only downside of the experience was after purchasing a new Jeep Cherokee I almost drove off the lot with a scuff that extended down the whole drivers side. Once again Junior did not hesitate to step in and alleviate the problem. More
Worth the drive from VT to save $1000's! After trying again to deal with my local dealer in upstate VT who didn't have the inventory and then expected to me to pay MSRP on a Jeep I would have After trying again to deal with my local dealer in upstate VT who didn't have the inventory and then expected to me to pay MSRP on a Jeep I would have to settle for, I turned to the internet. Found the exact vehicle at an already heavily discounted price at Lawliss Jeep. Internet inquiry led to Kevin Brown (internet sales rep) getting me in the door of the dealership with all the right words and promises. Met immediately with Junior DeSouza (sales) who had Jeep ready in showroom with my name on it (nice touch!) Soon after starting the paperwork, Junior asked if I planned to drive Jeep home that day? I said yes, that's why I brought my father with me on the 3.5 hour drive down from VT. He informed me that MA has a law that it has to be plated/registered in MA to be driven out of MA. Mass doesn't have temp registrations. This led me to be lets say a little irate after I had coordinated and made my intention to drive the Jeep home that day with Kevin Brown (internet sales.) Ryan Forbes then stepped in to save the day (and the deal) by offering to deliver the Jeep to me in VT. Let it be known, Junior DeSouza was great and so was Ryan Forbes, I had no fault with either of them because Kevin Brown did not relay to them that I intended to drive it home that day. Once the delivery portion of the deal was worked out ($100 fee) by Ryan and Junior, the rest of the deal and day went well. They were both very professional and easy going at the same time. I would highly recommend both Junior and Ryan for your vehicle purchase...beware of Kevin Brown though. By the way, Kevin was there that day but never came out of his internet office...(a simple apology would have saved him from this negative review.) Overall, a really good experience and worth the half day drive to save $1000s without even having to haggle (which I like to do!) I highly recommend Lawliss and its sales team and plan on keeping Lawliss on my shortlist of dealers I intend to buy from again..you should too! More
Very disappointed For over a year, while my Chrysler 300 was still under warranty, I complained that the air bag light kept going on. They checked it out and it was co For over a year, while my Chrysler 300 was still under warranty, I complained that the air bag light kept going on. They checked it out and it was corrected. During a late winter 2019 electrical repair, they corrected it again. After the warranty ended, the light came on again. When I went in for service, believing that it was a warrantied repair, because it hade been previously repaired by them, I found out that the repair would cost me $650.00. They said that they had no record of my previous repair request. I am blind in one eye, so when I state my concern to the associate, and they repeat it back to me, I assume that is what they put in the service report. I just sign them, thinking they contain what we discussed (my mistake). I left phone messages twice to the service manager and twice to the associate, but they did not call me back. I bought two cars there and for six years they have been my service center. I could not recommend them to a new customer. More
Quick oil change, in and out in about 40 mins. Not much to say other than they got the job done quickly and efficiently. I brought the T&C in for a regular oil change. They suggested changing the engine air filter and rear wiper. I said "yes" to the filter, "no" to the wiper. Whole thing was done in 40 minutes or less. I almost didn't have time to finish my coffee! The waiting area is small but comfortable and with several seats and charging ports for folks needing to get work done. I got this mini van used, and have had some major servicing done in the past, and they have always done an excellent job. Without hesitation, I'll keep bringing it back, and I may at some point trade in for a new Pacifica! More
