I walked onto the lot knowing what I wanted, had a few questions about options, and I had a clear expectation on my trade. My salesman, Amin, helped me search regional inventory, and then was able to find all of the options on I really wanted available in a Jeep already on the lot. The color was a small compromise, but I'm okay with it! Reaching an agreement with the sales team was easy and straight-forward, and I drove off with top down on my shiny new Firecracker Red Wrangler just a few days later! More

Took way too long to repair. My 2019 Jeep was there for a whole week. Took them long time to diagnosis the issue then they had no parts in stock to fix it. Had to overnight them. I had it there in service twice before for the same exact problem and it was never repaired, kept re-occurring. David in service was very nice and professional and apologized for the delay. This dealership should offer loaner cars. More
Delay with a Deductable Car had cylinder problem. Thought it would be fully covered by powertrain warranty or extended warranty purchased when car was bought...but it still Car had cylinder problem. Made appt, brought car in the night before, but service dept had too much work to get the car fixed on time (dealership words). Had to get loaner for day, Car was fixed by end of second day. More

It was fine I went for the no appointment oil change. It took a while to get the service done, but it is first come first served. Decent deal on a Moab jeep, but a pain in the butt I searched online and found the jeep i wanted. It was across the state line in Mass, but only 20 minute away. These clowns could not figure out how to sell me a Jeep in NH. I've done this several times it really not that hard. Of course they made me wait forever for the right guy to approve the deal. Then when I went to pay for the car, I had to wait again and again. I was there several hours to hand them a check. At the end of all that, I got a decent price, since it was a Moab and there are less of them at the dealers, I didn't get the best price. I'm filling this out worrying that the poor young guy that had to do all the walking back and forth with the pretend deals, before you can get the real deal. Worrying because he begged me as I left for all fives. But he's not even on the list of people I worked with, on this form. More
