A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE 2 years ago we bought a Jeep Compass The sale was based on a buy back of our Chevy Cruze which had still 3 months due on the lease We returned the Cr 2 years ago we bought a Jeep Compass The sale was based on a buy back of our Chevy Cruze which had still 3 months due on the lease We returned the Cruze and Lawless was to send a check to Chevy They never did! So a year after the sale our credit score brutally dropped 50 points. we discovered that Chevy had never been paid and had the debt in collection agency against us ! We paid immediately to avoid troubles and received a letter from Lawless admitting that they had never paid For about a year Lawless promised to send us a check ...But now we still have received nothing and have to go to court to get our payment back from Lawless ! More expenses for us Lesson learned More
Salesman did not return calls after sale final. against my better judgment I left plates from vehicle that I traded in to be returned to the registry. Was told I would receive the receipt in a matt against my better judgment I left plates from vehicle that I traded in to be returned to the registry. Was told I would receive the receipt in a matter of days. to date, two weeks later I have not received the return plate receipt. I have called and left a message and call has not been returned. also went to dealership to pay for car fill out paper work etc. and was suppose to get plates and car that same day. salesman did not contact insurance co in timely manner to confirm insurance etc. this was a Friday. had to wait until Monday to get car. Unable to repair vehicle after three attempts Very disappointed. Car was towed to dealership on 2/26/19 for repair and charged $1093.89. Vehicle became inoperable(same problem) and brought back to Very disappointed. Car was towed to dealership on 2/26/19 for repair and charged $1093.89. Vehicle became inoperable(same problem) and brought back to dealer on 3/12/19. Vehicle still not repaired correctly. Brought vehicle back to dealer a 3rd time on 3/19/19. Vehicle still not repaired correctly. Vehicle inoperable for fourth time on 3/26/19 and was forced to bring vehicle to independent shop for repair on 3/28/19. Was charged additional cost of $733.59. Looking for total or partial refund for failing to fix vehicle. Several attempts to resolve issue have failed. Spoke with Director of Operations and Service Manager and complaint issue still not resolved. Therefore, lowered Customer Service rating from 5 stars to 1 star. More
