My son had bought his truck at Lavery's from Todd and had spoken very highly of his experience w/Lavery's. He said to I needed to start with Todd at Lavery's when it was time for us to look for a new car. M spoken very highly of his experience w/Lavery's. Todd put me at ease right away. He made a list of what I was looking for in a car. We narrowed it down to 2 vehicles. He took my son and I out for a test drive in both of the vehicles and then worked out some figures. He made the whole process very easy, very calm and never tried to influence me towards the more expensive vehicle. Once we did agree on a price and we picked the car up and he went over ever part of the car,the On Star,made contact with On Star to set up my PIN, filled up my tank, showed us around the dealership...I could go on and on. He truly did an awesome job. He even followed up several days later to see if I had any questions about my Cadillac SRV.
