We initially dealt with Mr. Eberling over the telephone after finding the car we were interested in on the internet. He was very accommodating and even went as far as to take an up close video of the car after finding the car we were interested in on the internet. Before we had decided to travel to Ohio to pick up the car he had made arrangements to have the car shipped to us for a reasonable fee. We arrived at the dealership to pick up the vehicle after they had closed, but had made prior arrangements with Mr. Eberling for him to come back after hours and finalize the deal. We had an overall feeling that Mr. Eberling went out of his way to make this a pleasant experience. I would recomment him as a salesman wholeheartedly and the dealership as well.
