My husband has been looking for a jeep for 2 years. He saw this one at Laverys. Craig greeted us and was very pleasant to converse with. The other staff while we were in the showroom were kind and friendly. Becky who does the financial part was more than helpful and really knows her job. It was nice to have everything explained. I noticed Mr. Dave Ewing sitting in his office and decided to renew acquaintences. Informing Dave that I was only sight-seeing, he treated me as if I informed him I was purchasing a new expensive vehicle that day. We chatted about old times for nearly one-half hour. Several weeks later, my granddaughter telephoned me from Georgia to ask if I was ready to sell my Colorado. She wanted it to commute on a daily basis to a nearby college. Realizing this is what grandparents do, we went back to Lavery Chevrolet to discuss the situation with Mr. Ewing. Again, he treated me and my wife, Joanne, as if we were the only people in his professional life. Three weeks later Mr. Ewing informed us our new Colorado, (the seventh we owned) was delivered and ready for us. Now, our grandson informed us that in two years he will be going to college and wants our 2012 Colorado. Mr. Ewing, showing us a concept of what the 2014 Colorado will look like said he will be ready when we are ready to purchase our eighth Colorado. More

MARK EBERLING WORKED DILIGENTLY IN LOCATING A 2011 CADILLAC DTS WITH ALL OF THE OPTIONS I PREFERRED. HE NOTIFIED ME WHEN HE FELT HE HAD THE RIGHT CAR I WOULD BE INTERESTED IN AND DRIVING THE SEVENTY M CADILLAC DTS WITH ALL OF THE OPTIONS I PREFERRED. HE NOTIFIED ME WHEN HE FELT HE HAD THE RIGHT CAR I WOULD BE INTERESTED IN AND DRIVING THE SEVENTY MILES FROM MY RESIDENCE TO CONFIRM MY APPROVAL, WE WERE ABLE TO CONSUMATE A DEAL INVOLVING THE TRADE IN OF MY 2006 CADILLAC DTS. I WAS NOT ABLE TO TAKE IMMEDIATE DELIVERY AND AS A RESULT MARK VOLUNTEERED TO DELIVER THE CAR A FEW DAYS LATER. UPON DELIVERY , HE SPENT A FEW HOURS GOING OVER EVERY DETAIL TO ENSURE MY COMPLETE SATISFACTION. MARK'S COOPERATION AND ACCOMODATING ATTITUDE IS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. More

May, 2012 Over the years I've purchased 8 brand new GM May, 2012 Over the years I've purchased 8 brand new GM cars from the same Alliance auto salesman, Jeff Day. This is the first time I have ever pur May, 2012 Over the years I've purchased 8 brand new GM cars from the same Alliance auto salesman, Jeff Day. This is the first time I have ever purchased used (due to health concerns in finding a car I could navigate easily into and out of because of recent leg surgeries). Whether it was the first of my 8 factory new cars or my most recent purchase, working with Jeff Day has been a pleasure. He's a great listener, never applies pressure, goes above and beyond to seek what features I've wanted on a new car, is as professional as he can possibly be, and his enthusiasm for people has never waned over time. A moment in his office then or now assures you this is a loyal former United States serviceman, but his loyalty to his customers since his military days is also evidenced by everything he's done over the decades that I have known him. Besides high praise for Jeff Day, let me mention Larry Haidet, General Manager at Lavery's, who has facilitated some outstanding deals for me, my family and friends. Much like Jeff, Larry Haidet will go the distance to make a sales experience reasonable and fair both to potential customers and to Lavery's management alike. He exists for that purpose as customer and business liaison, and he will practically do somersaults to fine tune an agreement because he genuinely wants to earn your business. Sales is one thing, but what about service? In my opinion, one important thing that differentiates Lavery's from any dealership competition is its follow through long after the sale of the car is history. You are not a forgotten number who is patronized by halfhearted repairmen. The service department is just as professional and vigilant to earn and keep your business. In an age when people are depersonalized by technology and sheer masses of people and products, it's refreshing to be known by name at Lavery's and to be treated as the unique customer you are. I recommend this dealership highly, particularly Jeff Day and other seasoned Lavery salesmen who have learned the value to cultivate their own returning customers. (No offense to youthful upstarts, but I firmly believe the edge goes to sales and maintenance people with expertise that comes only with time, practice, hard work and refining one's craft.) No, I'm not related to anyone at Lavery's. No, I haven't been paid or hoodwinked to deliver a thumbs up review. If you like being treated as a number or as a part of the herd of cattle rushed in and out, there are plenty of other dealerships from which to choose. But if you want personable professionals who care for you today and will care for your car tomorrow, I recommend Lavery Auto in Alliance without any reservation whatsoever. Go. Ask for Jeff Day.
