I had a very fast and fair relationship with Lavery Automotive. I live over four hours from the dealership, but found them online via a posting on AutoTrader.com for a 2012 Chevy Volt - extremely low Automotive. I live over four hours from the dealership, but found them online via a posting on AutoTrader.com for a 2012 Chevy Volt - extremely low mileage and the right price to catch my interest. Over the course of the next couple days I discussed the vehicle with Mark Eberling and worked out a purchase price as well as a valuation for the car I was trading up from. I made the four hour trip to Alliance on a Saturday morning and found the folks at Lavery, and particularly Mark and Becky who I interacted with directly, to be extremely professional and accommodating - and above all else, very fair to deal with. Mark spent time showing me the Volt in some great detail, and Mark and Becky worked through a tricky title transfer from my trade-in. I never felt pressured, and there was no haggling or browbeating - the entire experience was one that made me very comfortable in the soundness of this purchase. This was a seemingly once-in-a-lifetime situation for me that Mark handled expediently and courteously - even sending me additional detailed information and video of the car immediately after I contacted him. I've been very pleased with the entire process, and will definitely take a look at Lavery when it's time once again to purchase an automobile - even from 250 miles away! More

By far the best experience I've ever had buying a new vehicle. Mark was always available to take my call and was very friendly. Even after the transaction was complete and I was out the door, Mark was quick to respond to my questions and help me with miscellaneous things. With the fast past, ever changing environment that we live in today, customer service seems to be a thing of the past. Thank you Mark for reminding me how pleasant it can be to actually do business in person. As far as the vehicle goes, I couldn't be happier. I feel I was given a fair price for my trade-in and absolutely love the new truck. I can honestly say, I will never buy a GM from any other dealership. I'm a customer for life. I was looking for a new car (for us anyway), my search found a solid car at Lavery. My initial interaction was with Mark calling me back to let me know he got my email about the car, but he was in a meet found a solid car at Lavery. He did and talked to me about the car I was looking at and took the time to take down info about my trade. I could not get there on that day due to me being over an hour away and had to see other cars Saturday. They were closed on Sunday but that did not stop Mark from working with me pretty much all day (via phone and text) as he and I went back and fourth about trade-in, the car and answering numerous other questions. Monday morning he called me, we confirmed a meeting later that day and he took care of getting the car cleaned up, and made sure to update me when needed. Suffice to say I arrived in one vehicle, had a great experience (despite the transitional period to the new building) with any member of staff that I interacted with, and left in my new one. They even beat my own bank with theirs for financing! But the story does not end there. Here is how Lavery (Mark and Scottie) went above and beyond. Due to the detailing being done over the weekend the battery was weakened (doors left open etc.), and this brought to light an issue... Last night having travelled an hour and a half home the car would not later start due to a dead battery! I talked to Mark at 10:40PM last night and again at 7:25AM this morning, based on working with Mark I then engaged a local dealer (BMW) to troubleshoot the car. That dealer confirmed that the battery was indeed bad but also found a bad tail-light. Mark and Scottie covered both issues. No fuss at all. This shows they are backing up what they sell to their customers, and also customer satifaction. I cannot recommend Lavery and these guys enough, and what could have been a bad situation due to this vehicle being a non-Chevy car and pre-owned, but turned out wonderfully and will see me telling people about Lavery for years to come. Ironically I had to Google this site having heard someone mention something similar yesterday NOT Mark or Scottie asking me to post. I felt compelled to take the time to share my experience. 10 out of 10! More
Shad Berger is the new guy at Lavery but I have to say that you would never know he was the new guy. He even remembered what my wife and I took in our coffee. Having sales people that are not on commission and having fair pricing on their cars + giving Auto Trader trade in values makes a huge difference in making a deal. There were no games and arguing about prices because I knew what their price was and they gave me a fair deal on my trade. You can’t beat it. No games and no pressure. I would certainly go back to Lavery for my next car! Thanks again for everything Shad, keep up the good work! More

I dealt with Mark Eberling while purchasing a 2012 Chevrolet Colorado. He was very friendly and being able to text him help with my hectic schedule. He was quick to answer any questions. He took several pics of the truck and even posted a video for me to see. He ordered and installed some factory accessories I wanted. He arranged to have it shipped to me at a reasonable price. The truck was exactly as he described it. I would buy from him and this dealership again if possible. I would definitely recommend them to anybody in the market for nice automobile at a reasonable price. A+++! More
This is my 4th Cadillac ,Todd has gotten me. I tell him what I want and he is always able to find it and at a good price. He takes the time to explain all the new features, and is willing to do what eve what I want and he is always able to find it and at a good price. Mark did everything that we ask of him. I ask him to have the car inside and dry because of the rain during the nite, I ask him if he would then have them put it on the hoist so that I could see under the ca the car inside and dry because of the rain during the nite, I ask him if he would then have them put it on the hoist so that I could see under the car, I as him to clean a couple of things off of the car, and not only did he do all those things, he also showed my wife how things worked on the car after all the paperwork was done and even programmed her IPhone into the car. Very good service, sorry we live so far away from your dealership. More
