I was amazed how friendly and caring he was compared to all the other dealerships I have been to in the last 3 months during my car search. I couldn't believe I was driving away in the car I wanted below my budget the same day. I can tell he and the rest wasn't about making commission but that I mattered and that they cared what I bought. Dealer repair of bumper paint on cadillac Jim Teal was easy to work with, pleasant and eager to get the problem resolved. The paint on my bumper was pealing.
