But when I saw online a new 2012 Prius plug-in hybrid at Laurel Toyota in Johnstown, PA, I wanted it. I called and spoke to Scott Long and he told me all about the vehicle and I told him about my trade-ins. He worked up the numbers and there were no surprises when I drove up from Florida to make the purchase. Everything went so smoothly. It was the easiest least stressful car purchase I had made ever! All the paperwork was ready for me to sign and drive home in my new car. Drove 1100 miles and very comfortable. Thank you Laurel Toyota, and thank you Scott Long for being so professional and up front with me. You have really earned my business and I will come back. The Toyota Prius is one nice car and getting 86 MPG on Highway, and around town where I live, FREE NO GAS!!!! What a nice car. America you need to go to Laurel Toyota and try out the Prius Plug In. You will not be sorry. Sincerely, Leon & William Hollida Lakeland, Florida More

Saturday evening requesting info. By Monday morning approx. 0930 had response even though drove over to evaluate vehicle that following Monday AM. Very pleased with Scott Long - not pushy, explained things and answered our questions. Felt I got an ok deal. Of course I am always hoping to pay less and get more. Had vehicle ready for me Wednesday afternoon. Things went very smoothly and I would buy a vehicle again from Laurel. More
I had seen the Tundra Rock Warrior a couple of years before and had even test driven it. Not really needing one at that time I knew when I was ready for a New Truck, that was going to be it. So the before and had even test driven it. Not really needing one at that time I knew when I was ready for a New Truck, that was going to be it. So the time came and I had already known that they are pretty rare at most Dealerships and the Price is Usually not discounted that much so being that I hate paying Retail for anything I usually shop on the Internet. Well there it was the Right Color, Make and Model and not to mention 4 Miles. What I Love about the process used by Laurel Toyota is that if you take a second to read the Full Ad and Description you will notice that they Cover almost everything before you even call or click further. I say "almost" and I mentioned this the Sales Rep is that you have to have these Vehicle even if New, Inspected in your home state which I didn't think applied if the Vehicle was new. The Price was Discounted to a really Fair Price, being in Business you Understand that they need to make some type of Profit to afford these kinds of Deals. So this makes the 7th Vehicle Purchase in the last 6 years and let me tell you, Hands Down the Smoothest. Scott Long had asked me for a couple of Documents since this was a Business Vehicle and the Rest was Smooth Sailing even with the Finance Guy. I would recommend this Salesman Scott Long and this Dealership Again, the Drive is approx. 2-1/2 hours from MD and worth it in my opinion. I would repeat my business with them, now that being said the Price has to be really good for me to Drive 2-1/2 hours away, Scott as nice as he was surely understands this. Great Guy, Great Product, Great Buying Experience. More

I emailed pictured of my vehicle and was given a trade value that day. I drove 4 hours from NY to pickup a truck that I dont feel any local dealer could of helped me on in price! There were a couple of minor issues with the certified used Scion that I was purchasing and they went out of their way to correct everything right then and there so that I wouldn't have to drive back a second time. Much of the preliminary negotiations were handled before I got their via the internet. I would HIGHLY recomend this dealership to anyone considering a new or used Toyota or Scion vehicle. More
I Purchased an 08 Expedition from Laurel Auto Group on 4/20. I sent the following note to the sales staff afterwards. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ju 4/20. I sent the following note to the sales staff afterwards. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Just wanted to say thanks for the great customer experience with Laurel Auto Group. I appreciate the straight forward price negotiation, the quick turn-around on the financing (and the great rates), for picking me up at the Greyhound bus station, and most importantly the great low mileage Expedition - that was exactly as advertised. Thanks again for the extra effort it took to close the deal through e-mail, cell calls, texting that all started through your webpage! By the way, the family loves the ride! More
As car dealer experiences go, this dealership could not have been any better. I researched my purchase online, and because my preference for a manual transmission on a Toyota Tacoma 4WD 4DR, I was limited have been any better. I researched my purchase online, and because my preference for a manual transmission on a Toyota Tacoma 4WD 4DR, I was limited as to where I could make my purchase. I found a couple close to home, but was having a bad experience with the dealer. The truck was what I wanted, but the price and customer service wasn't. Fortunately, I thought to look one more time online before I made my decision. I found one at Laurel Toyota in PA, but I live 300 miles away in NY. Scott Long made the same numbers (as my local dealer) on my trade and down payment work for me, and did so in a very efficient amount of time. Long story short, I drove 5 hours to PA, and picked up the truck a couple days later. I love the truck!! The one I got was a year newer, 1/3 of the miles, and a lower payment....Great Job Scott and Laurel Toyota!!! More
I felt I was getting a good deal on a 2003 Toyota Tundra here compared to the dealers around Pittsburgh. I was happy when I left and even happier when I received extended warranty documents in the mail beca here compared to the dealers around Pittsburgh. I was happy when I left and even happier when I received extended warranty documents in the mail because I declined the extended warranty. I really felt that they were nice enough and had enough profit in the deal to include the warranty. Good for me and good for the finance person who sells the warranties because he gets $500 commission for doing so. I usually never assume people are dishonest, but times like this make me question everyone's integrity. Six months after buying the truck I had a problem that was covered by the warranty. I made an appointment at a local dealer who was told by the warranty company that Laurel Toyota canceled my warranty so it would cost me $900 to fix my truck. ( I wrote another review for that dealership as well because I fixed it myself in 10 minutes for $23 lol). Of course I contacted Laurel Toyota and I was told the warranty was a mistake so they canceled it. This is odd to me because a major dealer does make mistakes like this, and I'm sure the stuff they sent to the warranty company should have had my signature on it. My guess is that there has to kind if financial benefit for the dealer or maybe just the finance person to add a warranty to the deal and then cancel it, but it could just be the finance guy stealing $500 commission. Anyway, the whole time I've had the truck, I thought that I had a warranty and I did not. I even contacted the VP of Laurel and the only response I ever got was that he will look into it. I now wonder if I paid for a warranty that I can't use. I also wonder if someone forged my signature to initiate the warranty with the warranty company, and I wonder how often this happens to people. Apparently, these people only want to sell cars to 18 year old boys. The salesman was nice at first...then the bottom line. He insulted my intelligence, as did the guy who supposedly "appraised" the va year old boys. The salesman was nice at first...then the bottom line. He insulted my intelligence, as did the guy who supposedly "appraised" the value of my trade. While this collaboration was going on, one guy was getting tickets to an event on the phone. Another juvenile was playing with a MILLER LITE hat that he was apparently just given. During the time I spent there, this juvenile [above] named BRIAN LORR...saw a man drive into their parking lot in an old vehicle and he said "LOOK AT THAT PIECE OF JUNK"...TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. IT'S TOO BAD I ALREADY OWN A TOYOTA TRUCK. More
2.5 y/o vehicle with 18,000 miles (2007 FJ Cruiser). Refused warranty repair. Stated reason: Abuse. They can't back up their claim. Issue was broken teeth on the ring gear in the rear differential.
