Review all paperwork very carefully. I'd purchased y last car from Laurel (used-2014) and was very unhappy with it. The car was also unable to make it up a hill without rumbling and chugg I'd purchased y last car from Laurel (used-2014) and was very unhappy with it. The car was also unable to make it up a hill without rumbling and chugging and they acknowledged there were issues with the transmission. I traded it in last week for a 2018. I love the car and believed I had made a good deal. I signed all the paperwork trusting it was correct. Big mistake. Once I returned home and reviewed the paperwork, I discovered I'd paid sticker price on the new car and a low trade-in on my car. I absolutely would have done better at almost any other dealer in the area. Although this is my fault for not checking the paperwork more closely, I will not be returning to Laurel. More
