Great place went to get oil change and tire rotation, inspection was coming due the employees saw this and came and asked if I wanted it done so I didn't have to went to get oil change and tire rotation, inspection was coming due the employees saw this and came and asked if I wanted it done so I didn't have to make another trip. I had a free oil change which the desk saw I had on file. Everything was done quickly, while I waited in the new waiting room. Everyone is courteous and does a great job. More

I was not happy with the service I was supposed to receive. I dropped off my recently purchased vehicle for a detailing I was promised at time of purchase and also for a vibration problem. I dropped it off on a Monday morning at 10-10:30 am. I was given a loaner vehicle and told I would receive a phone call when it was finished. Approximate that evening. No call. Tuesday at 4 pm I called to see if it was done. I was told it was. I arrived at 6:30 pm to pick it up only to find that it had NOT been detailed at all. It was there for 32 hours and the only thing checked were the tires for the vibration. The GM had three young men that were there, 2 of which were salesmen, go out to clean my car. At 7:30 pm they were finished and at this point it was dark so the only thing I could tell was that it was washed. The following day I checked the inside. They cleaned the floor mats and SLIGHTLY vacuumed. Did not wash the windows and did not wipe off any interior surfaces. The same dirt that was visible when I left it was still there! Having my car detailed was the reason I left it there and to pick it up after two days and it was not touched was extremely upsetting to me not to mention totally unprofessional on Laurel Fords part. I was NOT given any apology from the GM More
