Sneaky, no help I purchased a used 2012 Ford F150 from this dealership. I found the vehicle online and thought it was a decent price. I live in Va, and drove to Pa I purchased a used 2012 Ford F150 from this dealership. I found the vehicle online and thought it was a decent price. I live in Va, and drove to Pa to make the purchase. I visited the dealership twice, and BOTH times, the salesman "Dave" had the truck running for me because he knew i was coming by. He told me "already got it warming up for ya". At the time, i thought that was nice. After i got the truck home, and "cold started" it for the first time, i figured out why he had it warming up for me. The cold start ecoboost rattle. If you are buying a F150 with ecoboost, make sure to google that first. You will find all kinds of forum chat about it. I immediately called Dave with my concern. He says he'll talk with the service manager...Never hear back from anyone...i reach out to the General Manager. He tells me to send him a video of it starting with the rattle....i did....No response from him. I have reached out to 2 more GM's (Danny Wintersteen the last) about this and have not heard back. Just being ignored. Hey - congrats Laurel Ford - you got me! good job in tricking a customer into buying a lemon and not wanting to do anything about it. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone More

John Binnie the Parts and Service Director, Tim Anderson and John Bennett the service writers always make the customers feel at home, and never take advantage of anyone. They always explain everything in detail and don`t try to push anything on the customers. If they see something that might be a up coming problem, they let you know and make the correct suggestions to you. It`s nice feeling to be able to put your trust in them when your driving your precious cargo around. More
