Great buying experience, not so much when it comes to fixing I bought a car from them and was actually happy for the most part with their service, they were kind and went out of the way to make me happy. I had t I bought a car from them and was actually happy for the most part with their service, they were kind and went out of the way to make me happy. I had the car for around 2 months till the exhaust started making noise.... well.... I dropped my car off at 1 pm and asked them to let me know what needed fixed (and maybe have it fixed) by 12 the next day, because I had no way to get from my house to winder and my "ride" was leaving the next day. well the next morning I called them twice to the service department, and got just an answering machine.... We finally got a hold of them around 12 to find out they not even worked on it, and had gone already to lunch. So... the finally looked at it after that and found out what was wrong. I was told they would have the part in 3 working days for it, and I took it back home. Still then had to wait another half a week to get it fixed. Granted they tried to make it right by actually picking the car up for me and even servicing it free of charge (it was still under warranty after all). Long story short I was happy with the service buying the car from them, but bummed out how the service was when I actually had to get it fixed,... they did make it right, and that counts so I will give them a pass. More
