My experience with the service center has always been excell They have been very helpful to schedule me according to my time, which has been a positive factor. After a recent ice storm, I dropped off my car They have been very helpful to schedule me according to my time, which has been a positive factor. After a recent ice storm, I dropped off my car for service, and John Bennett and Dave Parks made sure I made it back home safely. When my service was complete, it was still very, very slippery, so Dave drove my car to my residence and safely into my garage. I only live a short distance away. In fact, I didn't have to out into the nasty weather. What a nice gesture to help out an older person. Gracious thanks to both of them!. More
