About 90 percent good. Well I had it in for my roof leaking. They also did some recalls on the truck. The only problem was the person that should have did a once over on my Well I had it in for my roof leaking. They also did some recalls on the truck. The only problem was the person that should have did a once over on my truck and would have noticed my door luck button the on drive sure door was pushed down into the door much farther then it should have been. When the door was locked it disappeared inside the door. So since it was a Saturday and the shop was closed I had to come home and take the door panel off and straighten out the metal rod so it looked normal. Just need the QC guy to look over the truck a little better. More

"Located the car listed on the internet" I was looking for a 2014 Expedition EL with very low miles and found one on the internet at Laurel Ford. I live in Virginia 4 hours away and wasn't s I was looking for a 2014 Expedition EL with very low miles and found one on the internet at Laurel Ford. I live in Virginia 4 hours away and wasn't sure the drive would be worth it but sent an email anyway and Scott responded within 20 minutes! I took that as a good sign, and every communication from that point on was more and more encouraging. Scott was extremely helpful and professional and I felt confident the drive would be worth it and it was. Very nice facility, huge inventory, and professional staff. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Even though they are 4 hours away I may consider shopping for my next car there regardless. Entire transaction took maybe 2 hours, gave me a fair price for my 2002 Expedition trade in, and I drove home in a beautiful (new to me) 2014 Expedition King Ranch.
