Dissatisfied with service department Laurel Ford service department has the car we bought 5 months ago in their shop for the fourth time with the same problem (6th time it's been in a sho Laurel Ford service department has the car we bought 5 months ago in their shop for the fourth time with the same problem (6th time it's been in a shop since buying 5 months ago) They either don't know what they are doing or they don't want to fix it. Either way, our experience with this has been horrible. The car has been there 7 days right now, it is Friday and they say they may have it fixed by Tuesday of next week because the fuel pump has not come in. I have NO IDEA why they did not ship it overnight! That is 11 days it will be in their shop, if it is even fixed then. Very unacceptable! Ford Motor Co will not stand behind their brand either. Customer service is a joke! More

VERY dissatisfied I went to this dealership to inquire about the price of a vehicle, and was told by a sales consultant that I would have to go inside and talk to a sal I went to this dealership to inquire about the price of a vehicle, and was told by a sales consultant that I would have to go inside and talk to a sales manager. I told the consultant that I didn't have a lot of time this day. I went in to talk to a sales manager,told him also that I didn't have a lot of time, could he please just give me a price on this vehicle. He basically told me, as he "waved me off", that if I didn't have the time to sit down and let him work with me, he didn't need my business. More
