I felt overcharged and oversold. Waited 30 extra minutes for my car because the person at the cashier desk could not be bothered to let me know my car was ready. Service Rep was very thorough in explaining the issue regarding my X3. Gave me an option of a loaner car if I didn't wish to wait but also gave an estimate of the waiting time (which proved to be accurat regarding my X3.
