Glad you asked for my comment. I came in for a simple brake light on, pads needed replacing, fluid low, Blake proceeded to attempt to sell me $4700 worth of mechanical issues. We have been going here for years. We bought the car used at a Volvo dealer and they suggested Laurel BMW for maintenance. We had purchased a warranty with the car and it paid for 80 percent of the rebuild that needed to be done. We had all the work done at Laurel and the car runs great. We also really liked that they sent us a video of what needed to be done on the car. The Video adds a level of trust to an already trustworthy business. Cheers! More
