My overall experience was positive. I worked with two service advisors across my visits. One was good and the other should’ve been better. On my first visit, the service advisor didn’t inform me of the available maintenance programs until after I spent 4 hours at the dealership. I had to make a second visit because of this. I emailed the service advisor prior to my visit asking him to have a part in stock so that I wouldn’t need to make a third visit. I never heard back from him. During my appointment, they needed to replace my lights under warranty but didn’t have it in stock. The same very lights I had asked the service advisor during the week. In addition, it was also great that Laurel BMW sends out videos explaining the work being done - this is something that not many other places do! The waiting "lounge" is always neat and clean, which makes for a much more pleasant experience waiting for my car to be serviced. And let's not forget about the Starbucks coffee - definitely a nice touch! More
