The salesman we dealt with, Blake Key, was not helpful and hard to get hold of. On 6/30/23, we finally purchased the Bronco we ordered in Oct 2021. That wasn’t Blake or the dealership’s fault. But whoever input the final order made two mistakes, so the Bronco I ended up with wasn’t my first or second choice. Thought I was ordering a 2022 (first choice) ended up with a 2023 that had wrong color seats and dash (separate inputs). I was told my options included ordering a new one in colors I wanted, but no guarantee they would still be making Broncos by then. Got 0 concessions from them for my trouble. I hate stress, and that’s what I got from Laura Ford. More
