Service is poor, was promised the vehicle would be done on Friday and at 4pm they said it would not be. Had a rental and had to keep it an additional 3 days for $250. They said to bad. Couldn't even get m on Friday and at 4pm they said it would not be. Had a rental and had to keep it an additional 3 days for $250. They said to bad. Couldn't even get me home when I dropped off the vehicle. Had to get a taxi. I had thr check engine light read and then they got it and magically a new code popped up so that cost me another $500. I purchased this car 2 years ago and will never get another from them or take a vehicle for service. More

Found Laura Ford online looking for another vehicle for my business because of their pricing. Worked with Jason in sales. It could have been very easy for them to bait and switch me because I flew in from my business because of their pricing. Worked with Jason in sales. They actually did change their price on me...because, to my surprise, they caught that they had given me the wrong price breakdown as compared to their online price....that ended up lowering the total by another hundred. Seriously? That’s integrity! I also expected to be pressured to buy add ons during the F&I signing process because of how aggressive their price was. Nope. Brett was an absolute professional and pleasure to work with. I’ve bought over a dozen vehicles in my life. This was one of the easiest deals I’ve had. Thanks, guys! More
