Customer Service We purchased a suburban from Laura Chevrolet 8/2. Initially we were told the price was conditioned on our using GM financing. OK. Then we were told yo We purchased a suburban from Laura Chevrolet 8/2. Initially we were told the price was conditioned on our using GM financing. OK. Then we were told you don't have to use GM and paperwork was done to finance through another lender. We were getting ready to leave and suddenly were told we have to finance thru GM. So the sales agreement and title had to redone. And we were told the paperwork would be put in the mail the next day 8/3. I messaged the salesman 8/7 and again 8/13 when we still didn't have the paperwork. What is the deal? First we had the paperwork, then it had to be redone but would be mailed the next day, then we will get it in 7 to 10 days, now it will b sent within 14 days and don't worry we have 30 days to pay taxes and buy license but hey we have a life and may have to travel out of state in the next week or two. Very inconvenient and the story keeps changing. More
