Great Until the Phone Call I live an hour and a half away from this dealership. When I purchased my truck from there on a Friday, everything went great and I was very satisfied I live an hour and a half away from this dealership. When I purchased my truck from there on a Friday, everything went great and I was very satisfied. However, the following Tuesday, the salesman called me and said there was a problem with all of the paperwork (they wrote the wrong VIN# on all of the paperwork) and I need to come back and resign everything. If I lived closer, this would not have been an issue. I tried to get them to fax it to me to sign, but they said I had to be there in person, with spouse, to sign the paperwork. So on Thursday, we drove an hour and a half back over there, the wait was fairly short as they had all of the paperwork ready, however I was not compensated anything for my inconvenience, that was pretty upsetting. It wasn't my error that caused me to have to drive back over there, it was theirs. I thought the least they could maybe do would be to fill the truck up with gas, however, they did not. That just left a sour taste in my mouth, other than that, it was a great experience. More

I spoke with Chris Peterson and he really listened to my wants, I was interested in a 2018 Chevy I called looking for a pick up in the $30,000 range. I spoke with Chris Peterson and he really listened to my wants, I was interested in a 2018 Chevy Colorado, but there were no more on the lot, but Chris said he had two GMC Canyons (which I also really like) the first one was closer to my $30,000 budget, but when Chris listened to more of what I wanted with my pick-up he got me into the other Canyon which was the All Terrain make and a little beefier and for not that much more money! I drove to you from Illinois (as you had better prices!) My cousin from Virginia bought from you and told my parents to buy from you, so my folks drove to you from Kentucky a couple weeks ago and bought a big 2018 Dodge pick up and told me to call, so I too made the drive, And We are all loving our purchases! (Plus my mom loves that I told her to watch for a $100 referral fee!) The drive was definitely worth my while! And I have to say Chris answered the phone every time I called, had the truck ready for me when I got there, was very friendly and personable and I would/will certainly recommend you!
