This is the 3 rd vehicle all pickup trucks I have purchased from Laura group in last 10 years . Two previously in Collingsville and the latest last Friday in Sullivan. Absolutely the worst dealership I have ever purchased a truck from in my 45 years of purchasing trucks. Has taken 3 week to finalize the deal and paperwork and I had to initiate 80% of the calls to get any truck from in my 45 years of purchasing trucks. We made a deal both signed the agreement and gave a down payment. The vehicle had some codes needing repaired we waited a week and a half and they upped the price $204 to pay for a temp tag. Bull they were upping the price to offset the repairs. We gave full asking price and we weren’t told until we picked the vehicle up and it was a cash deal for my son and his first transaction. Rediculous way to do business. They got it down to 125 but still more than agreed on. Temp tags are about $10-15. Happy with the deal until this. Very crooked way of doing business we gave you what you asked for full price. I would More
