This is the 3 rd vehicle all pickup trucks I have purchased from Laura group in last 10 years . Two previously in Collingsville and the latest last Friday in Sullivan. Breanna King (salesperson) was great answering all questions over phone via voice or text. Kyle Lucas apprised my trade in once I arrived he was a little lower than my original estimate due to rust but we worked out a compromise which in my opinion was more than fair. The dealership is quite fortunate to have them both. Yeah and as before the thirteen hour to and fro is well worth it. More
I had an appointment for a recall when I arrived nobody wanted to acknowledge me or ask if I needed assistance. I waited around for 20 minutes and nobody seemed to care. Absolutely the worst dealership I have ever purchased a truck from in my 45 years of purchasing trucks. Has taken 3 week to finalize the deal and paperwork and I had to initiate 80% of the calls to get any truck from in my 45 years of purchasing trucks. Was told yesterday truck was in route to me today and it never showed up and I had to call once again to see whats happening as the truck never arrived. May show tomorrow?? Stupid me for purchasing a truck online. Never dealt with a more unprofessional staff in my life except the person that directs the calls as she did everything she could anyway. More

We had done a lot of comparison shopping before our actual visit to the dealership. We found that Laura GMC was the most competitive dealership for the truck we wanted to purchase. We made a deal both signed the agreement and gave a down payment. The vehicle had some codes needing repaired we waited a week and a half and they upped the price $204 to pay for a temp tag. Bull they were upping the price to offset the repairs. We gave full asking price and we weren’t told until we picked the vehicle up and it was a cash deal for my son and his first transaction. Rediculous way to do business. They got it down to 125 but still more than agreed on. Temp tags are about $10-15. Happy with the deal until this. Very crooked way of doing business we gave you what you asked for full price. I would More

Amazing Customer Service This was my first time going to Laura to get a check engine light fixed on my car. They went above and beyond to help figure out what the problem was This was my first time going to Laura to get a check engine light fixed on my car. They went above and beyond to help figure out what the problem was and a solution to it. Kevin was the guy who helped me understand what was wrong with my car and walked me through the steps on how to fix it and turn it into my warranty. I will definitely be going back to Laura to get anything fixed on my car! Would recommend everyone to go to Laura. More
