Rude and unprofessional Originally I took my truck in to have a noise from my front tire diagnosed and fixed in which the service department had diagnosed the problem as bein Originally I took my truck in to have a noise from my front tire diagnosed and fixed in which the service department had diagnosed the problem as being a bent clip in the caliper that goes over the brake pad and charged me a half hour labor to take the tire off the caliper off grab a pair of pliers and bend the metal back then I received a phone call saying it was all done and ready to be picked up then I didn't make it five minutes down the road and heard the noise once again I took the truck back to them and they said they would take care of it later that night after getting it back for the second time I heard the noise again I did take a while to bring it back to them due to the fact I was not sure if I was even going to bring it back and the fact that I was really busy with my work schedule however when I called the service department I did explain the situation in full and the young lady I spoke with assured me that if it was something that they had already worked on that there would be no charge especially if it was just to bend a clip again the only catch was I had to wait a week to get my truck in due to their busy schedule in which I was fine with when I finally drop my truck off I had to deal with a guy who is extremely rude and proceeded to tell me that just to look at this problem would cost me $130 plus any labor fee that it would take to fix and this was after I explained the entire situation to him and let him know what the young lady had told me and he did not care whatsoever he said that it was out of warranty and if I didn't want to pay the money he didn't have to look at it even when I asked him how do you put a warranty on someone taking pliers and bending a clip before this horrible experience I would have highly recommended Laura Buick dealer and service department and maybe this guy was just having a bad day however the day did end in total disappointment and even though this review probably won't matter good luck and hopefully you guys don't have to deal with the same jerk I did More
