Lack of respect for customers time Sales did a great job. No bones - No BS. Finance department is awful. I sent all my docs and info in a full week before I flew in to purchase. I was qualified through GMAC the same day I sent the information. I identified the truck and put a deposit as well. Thus giving the finance group 1 full week to have all the paperwork complete and ready for my signature. I Arrived at 9:30 am, some time around 1:30 finance finally had paperwork complete. Total lack of respect for customers time as they knew I had a 12 hour drive in front of me. Finance had every excuse in the book. It was the states fault, it was this or that. Claimed they had been busy. Actually pretty slow day from what I saw. Again total lack of respect for people’s time and they seemed to wear it like a badge of honor saying customers waited up to 7 hrs in the waiting room at times. I understand if a customer walks in off the street and does have everything in order. I had everything set and ready no excuse for Finance departments poor customer service and excuses. More

Standard dealer service Had a 7 am appt and when I got there there were already at least 10 other cars lined up in front of me. When I asked the guy giving out tickets if those were appts he had no answer. I wanted to know if I would be waiting while those were serviced and again, he did not know. When you have a 7 am appt you do not expect to wait very long for an oil change and tire rotation. This can be done in less than an hour at a quick line, but since my 2019 came with the free service obviously I didn’t want to pay for it elsewhere. Since they couldn’t tell me the wait time, I needed a car, which they were actually happy to oblige with. While my car was there, I got a notification saying here were “other issues” that needed servicing that I would be contacted about. The next call I got was that my car was done. I asked about the other issues and they claimed to have no idea. When I went to pick up my car, I inquired again and hey said they still did not know. After getting my car home, it said my vehicle profile had been deleted. I spent a couple hours reading my book and setting that up to my liking so super annoyed about that. While everyone in the service department was very nice, I had so many problems when purchasing this car there with paperwork and idiots (Dave sanders in finance) selling me the car I hesitated to get it serviced there and I will never return to this dealership again in my entire lifetime. More
