I worked with Drew as my sales person and spoke to Rick as the manager and was promised for some simple thing to be done due to the fact it couldn't be done the day I got the truck after I spent 10 hours there to buy it while my sales person was dealing with 5 people at pnce and when I took the truck in for inspection and to have the work done they found some stuff wrong with the front end and brakes and decided to not do any of the other stuff due to the other work they had to do didnt even clean the interior for me I will never go back. More

Dissatisfied I was very unhappy with my experience at Laura. I was told I had to put down a $2000 hold on the vehicle I was interested in which was fine I ask befo I was very unhappy with my experience at Laura. He said it's in brand new shape. It has to be (I purchased a 2019 Acadia demo so it had 3,000 miles) I knew going into it that someone else drove the car for a bit so I wanted to be insured it was okay. They promised me it was. When I got there the vehy had multiple scratches on it and they would not stand behind it. If I walked away I was out my $2000 dollars. They do not care about the customer all they want is to make a sale. More
