Absolutely seamless, he had everything set up and ready to go from the time I landed at the airport. I was worth flying all the way to St. Louis not to get jerked around at the dealership! Mead was calm, polite and very knowledgeable, took the time to listen to what I wanted, and carefully explained the answers to my questions. Did I mentioned I didn't get jerked around! As in our previous purchase, Mr. Ro Our recently purchased Buick Encore was the 2nd vehicle we have purchased through Steve Rogers at Laura Buick GMC. As in our previous purchase, Mr. Rogers was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and personable and made the experience extremely enjoyable. We also had the pleasure of working with Finance Manager David Sanders who was also very helpful and personable. We will definitely visit Laura Buick GMC first before purchasing a vehicle in the future. More
Saved a few hundred. Wasted a half of day. The dealer had the truck I wanted. I called them at 8.45am, gave them my GM credit card #, my SSN, date of birth, etc. etc, and told them to run a de The dealer had the truck I wanted. I called them at 8.45am, gave them my GM credit card #, my SSN, date of birth, etc. etc, and told them to run a deposit on my credit card and get the truck ready. I have bought many vehicles this way and the dealer had the vehicle ready to go in a couple of hours and had me in and out in an hour or less. The Laura salesman said they couldn't do it that fast and that to expect to be there 2 hours. OK, get it ready. Went there at 4PM and the truck was still dirty and waited for hours to get to their finance manager. I had no trade, and only financed $10K to get GMF rebate on a $43K truck. Other customers waiting with me were all steamed as everybody was there from 4 to 8 hours. Finally, 4 1/2 hours after I got there I left with a dirty truck that I spent the next day detailing. Additionally, I qualified for a GM Business Choice plan that gave me free floor liners. The dealer said none were available and gave me a crappy set of mats that don't even match. Not sure if the few extra bucks I saved were worth the aggravation. I guess I'll see how their service is, hopefully better. I am a "GM truck legend" and have bought 19 new GM trucks. This wasn't my best experience. However, I could be a big fan of this dealership if they could get their act together. They have good online pricing, don't pull a lot of dealer antics, and have a good selection. All they need to do is to make their purchase process more efficient and act like they appreciate their customers. More

Extensive Wait Time For a dealership this size the wait time was very extensive. I was only getting an oil change and ire rotation and had an appointment and it still to For a dealership this size the wait time was very extensive. I was only getting an oil change and ire rotation and had an appointment and it still took an hour and a half. That seems excessive for something that is pretty straight forward. Also when I got home realized one of my lug nut covers was gone. For purchase of a new vehicle I would highly recommend; for service I think I will seek other options. More

I keep the same mechanic whom I feel that knows my car and is very honest if and when I need a repair. I do not feel that I have every been taken advantage of or paid more for repairs that may not have been needed. I trust Dale to repair all of my cars .and Jamie's opinion as what I may need. Thank you for having trustworthy and reliable employees! I am sure that you have other mechanics that are just as competent, my regards to them as well!! More
