Hi Christopher, We are sorry that you had a negative experience with our dealership. It appears that you were unhappy with your trade-in valuation on your vehicle. We use third-party books to come to fair valuations on trade-in vehicles. The initial number that was given was sight unseen, and when we looked over the vehicle, did not feel that the vehicle was in the condition specified in the initial estimate. You indicated you had an offer to sell outright for more money, and Jason advised that it may not be a bad idea to take that deal and come back to purchase this vehicle outright. We, unfortunately, cannot always match the exact trade-in numbers of third or private parties, and can only offer what internally makes sense for our company, but price our vehicles competitively so that the deal still ends up being a big net positive for the customer. We hope you give us another shot in the future!

Unsatisfied buyer responded

Not at all the way Jason treated us. Was very condescending and uncooperative. He obviously lied to you about the way he spoke to us or I wouldn’t have given the review I did. I could tell by the look on the salesman’s face that he thought he was about to lose the sale. You can believe what you want, but this is the most negative experience that I have ever had purchasing a vehicle and am extremely upset still. I will let everyone that I talk to how unprofessional Jason was. I will NEVER buy from Laura again because of Jason Vice and will tell others the REAL reason for my dissatisfaction. You might want to look into this situation further.

After going back and auditing emails, texts, and phone calls between you and the dealership, everything seemed to be moving along well, and Jason had explained that your trade-in valuation was contingent upon the vehicle needing no additional repairs, and subject to final inspection at the dealership. We are sorry that you felt that the transaction wasn't up to your expectations, but do hope you enjoy your new vehicle.
