Bought new car in August. Reverse light must have had a crack. It fills up with water and stays foggy. Made an appointment to get looked at. They had to order a lense. Had to make another appointment when the part came in. Was extremely cold (negative temps) day. Service department said they were extremely busy, upon check in, probably installing new batteries. Waited an hour and a half to be told new part was cracked and a new one needed to be ordered. Was told new part would take 4-6 weeks to get. 5 days later got a call because the new part was in. Made another appointment. When I brought car in for 3rd time for taillight, I notified the dealer that when car was purchased, the additional spray on leather protectant looked absolutely horrible on the second row backseat headrests. Only half of each headrest was applied and looked drippy. Asked to redo, was told to wait 30-45 minutes and they would redo. Was told it was fixed, but they actually look worse, if they truly did fix it. For the amount we spent, they don’t look professional. So I guess I need to make another appointment, for simple repairs that should have not been this way from the start. I have photos I can text or email to anyone. Thanks! More
