I cannot speak highly enough about this dealership. I have bought three vehicles from them and they are the only place I recommend to family and friends. I have bought three vehicles from them and they are the only place I recommend to family and friends. More
Scott G (salesman) was quick to inform us that it’s a GM program car (service loaner) and it’s already discounted. Only extra discounts would be if we were switching from another car brand like Toyota or Do program car (service loaner) and it’s already discounted. Only extra discounts would be if we were switching from another car brand like Toyota or Dodge. Since I’m retired military we asked about a military discount and he said GM has a $500 discount. He wouldn’t accept my military ID. He told us he needed proof through IDme or another website. I couldn’t get into IDme, so he acted like he did us a huge favor by knocking down the vehicle price $500. I asked him if there’s a loyalty discount since we’ve purchased from Laura before, he said no. After the typical salesman charade we were passed off to finance. After sitting what felt like a doctor’s office waiting room, the finance guy Skylar M. came in. He sat with us amongst others in the waiting room to tell us the bank details and told us what our monthly payments were going to be. When I questioned the monthly payment details, he said he’d have to go back to his office and that’s when he invited us over to his office. After what seemed to be an endless amount of paperwork to sign, we finally got handed back to Scott G.. Scott told us that we’ll get an email for a survey and he’d appreciate it if we gave him a good rating. He informed us he was the top truck salesman and he’d like to keep it that way even though he sold us a car. Overall, he was not very personable. After a week or so, we received a call from Skylar M. informing us we had to re-sign some bank paperwork because he printed everything under the wrong bank. I told him we were leaving on vacation and he stressed we have to sign the papers before leaving. He wanted to send everything to our phone and have us E-sign the papers. After I informed him we don’t do financial things on our phones, Skylar kept pushing to have us E-sign his papers. Once I found out he was working until 8 pm that day, I told him my wife and I will drive up the sign the papers in person. There were no questions asked about how we liked the vehicle or how we’re doing… Nothing! I asked Skylar if Laura Buick is going to help us out with the first payment because of the foul up. Skylar said, not a chance. Our first payment was fast approaching and due on the 10th of July. We haven’t received anything from the bank yet. On the 10th of July, I called Skylar to find out what is going on. He told me that due to the delay with paperwork, Laura Buick will make the first payment on our behalf and I needed to just send a check to reimburse him. Again, I asked since this was a foul up on his end, shouldn’t Laura Buick make the first payment or more for us, he replied, “that’ll never happen”! On the 20th of July I receive a phone call from the bank where we’re supposed the make car payments. They informed me that we’re delinquent because we failed to make the first payment. After explaining to them what had happened, the bank found a payment made by Laura Buick and said it wasn’t stated to whom or what the payment was for. The bank then informed me our account was up-to-date and no further action needed to be taken. On July 31st I received a past due notice from the bank for failing to make our car payment. Laura Buick has created a Beast! It’s called “#1 Volume Dealer” It’s a beast that has no empathy for its customers. It’s a beast that devours the limelight of multiple sales and defecates onto the very customers that give it that limelight. You’ve turned into a processing center just like our medical system. Take a number, sign your name a hundred times, then be happy with what you get!We highly DO NOT recommend Laura Buick/GMC for your next vehicle purchase! We will never refer anyone, nor go there again for our next vehicle! BTW, just found out that Laura Buick/GMC won’t let you post reviews on their website. You have to submit your review to their “team” and “suggest” the star rating. So all their reviews currently on their website have been filtered before posted. More
