Our salesman and finance guy were great. Could not have been more accommodating. I knew when purchasing the vehicle it had been a loaner. I did not expect to present its self as anything it Could not have been more accommodating. I knew when purchasing the vehicle it had been a loaner. I did not expect to present its self as anything it new. However, the things that are not new about it are disturbing. First, the windshield wiper fluid was completely empty, there was trash in it, there are white specks here and there inside the vehicle, upon further inspection we have noticed that the underside seemed to have no coating of the protectant we paid extra for. But most disturbing was the fact that the oil life is only at 30% as well the air filter only at 90%. I would expect on a new vehicle both should be at 100%. So pretty disappointed. More
