We arrived 45 minutes early for the first service appointment of our daughter’s 2023 Acadia Denali. We looked up a few places online, made our decision & were immediately picked up by an extremely pleasant young man who took us to Ravanelli’s lunch. We were still having lunch & notified our vehicle was ready for us whenever we finished our lunch & told there was no rush, to enjoy our lunch. They would pick us up when we let them know we were ready to leave. Everyone was very thoughtful & polite that we had contact with. More
