Made an offer contingent on passing a mechanic's approval. Was given an appointment time (at opening in the morning) to come pick up the car to do so. When the agent looked up the information and proceeded to get the keys, he returned with a sheepish look and announced the car had been sold! It had been on that lot for 45 days and the day my son came to take it for inspection it suddenly was sold overnight. Unbelievable. I will tell all family, friends, acquaintances and clients my story. I will never let anyone do business with this unscrupulous dealership. More
Bad follow up, lack of care I've been to this location multiple times due to price check/warranty service due to the location. My first time I wanted a car that they really didn't put effort into selling me. Even told me it wasn't a big deal if we bought it or not, it'll sell. Refused to come down anymore so we bought elsewhere. Then saw they lowered the price a week later. Could've gotten a sale the week before if they would've made the offer. Then we look at a used car with issues, salesman said he'd get answers to some of our questions, never called us. We bought elsewhere. Then took my Buick there for warranty work on a non functioning light and the tech calls me at work and says he'll have to charge me for labor because the high beam lightbulb is aftermarket. What!?!? Every bulb at autozone Is aftermarket, it's a wearable part. Didn't fix anything, said "no codes" ok I could've gone to autozone to read codes. Then said my car was in for an oil charge which it wasn't. Wasn't knowledgable at all. Lost credibility with me and felt shady when they tried to make me pay labor for a bulb.... More

Lack of follow up, courtesy all the way up to two managers Called from Florida for pick-up info. Gave two stock numbers interested in. Called back two days later after seeing truck with features I wanted for a Called from Florida for pick-up info. Gave two stock numbers interested in. Called back two days later after seeing truck with features I wanted for a great deal online. Was told "let me check to see if that price is correct. Listed price was MSRP 57k and change w 18k and change discount (Don L.). After waiting hours for no return call, called and got run around (Bob R) after asking if price was correct and he told us he'd send proposal via email in about 10 minutes. An hour later called again and and Don finally took my call. Asked him why he didn't return my call. His response was extremely, well, pissed off as he said, "Well you know I am busy here. I had a customer drive 600 miles to buy a vehicle....blah blah blah." As if I were really bothering him by asking why he couldn't take 30 seconds to simply tell me the price was incorrect, and as if I were the one who was posting erroneous information online. He says, "Must have been a fat finger mistake." They would be reall fat fingers because the $ dollar sign is on #4 and the one is three spaces away, while the 8 is four spaces away from the erroneous 1 being in front of the discount price. After calling for a sales manager (Mary) and telling her I had gotten various stories about deposits (one guy says we can hold vehicle under certain conditions another says not) and telling her the salesperson never returned my calls, she interrupts to let me hear the exact same thing as Don....."You know we're really busy here and....." all in a tone which confirmed that this is how the leaders run the place. The kicker....I write to the company website with the above info. A few minutes later I get an automated response from Brendan, who seemed to handle things professionally, but he obviously was not told of any issues by whomever sent him the email. So the next manager (Matthew) proceeds to write me a note making it a price issue and basically saying (in what he deems is a friendly fashion) we don't want or need your business, hope you find a vehicle you like for a price you want to pay. It's clear that the owners of this dealership do not know their employees are acting as if they are in a government bureaucracy instead of a private business. It was never a matter of money. Of course every consumer wants to get great value for their dollar, but an immediate answer, not a 3 1/2 hour non-response would have solved that and I'd be buying the vehicle. The bottom line is not one person in any of the dealings took responsibility for their action or inaction and excuses were at every turn. I'm sure their prices will keep customers coming, but the reality is that a good name will always be more valuable than great riches. Anyone can gather money. Being treated with even a small amount of common decency was not part of my experience. It's my hope the ownership ( Anderson family, Jack III and Jack Jr.) will see this and at the very least address their team, even if they never respond to me. Maybe they can replace a few entitlement type workers with some adults and see their business grow even more. BTW, the young lady who initially answers the phone was the most professional person with whom I had contact and she is worthy of praise for a job well done. More

Brandon Treat is highly recommended. Brandon Treat is an excellent salesman! I’m a single mom and I needed something safe and reliable. I had a bad experience at another dealership before I came to Laura Buick. I left that dealership convinced that all car salesman are sharks! Brandon changed my opinion and made the process really easy. We were able to negotiate via email (big time saver). I ended up buying an used SUV. I had my kids with me (2 and 4 year old). Brandon was kind to my children and helped entertain them. He was never pushy, always remained down to earth and professional. I never got the feeling that he was only out for a sale, unlike other places I shopped. I left the dealership happy. Brandon is your guy if you want a person who knows what they are talking about, but will not pressure you. More
Horrible Customer Service! We went to Laura Buick GMC looking for a brand new Acadia. We already had our financing done through our credit union, so there was no work to be do We went to Laura Buick GMC looking for a brand new Acadia. We already had our financing done through our credit union, so there was no work to be done there. We went in at 7:00 on a Wednesday night. It took about an hour and half of the John telling us his life story, telling us how awesome the dealership is, and about all the trucks they sell. Finally, about 8:30ish we take our chosen vehicle on a test drive. Not far, because he told us it was about to run out of gas. It was the vehicle we wanted, and after talking a while longer John found the same vehicle (that had the sunroof we wanted) that was to come in the following day. We needed a trade-in appraised, and by the time John asked the guy to appraise it, it was 9:30 and the guy was literally running out the door saying he could NOT stay, that he had to go pick up his son. Not his fault, the place had closed 30 minutes before. The next day, our salesman was off (but there on a delivery) so we talked to his manager and were told they would "walk the lot" to see if the vehicle had come in and then call us back. Well, about 3-4 hours later WE called THEM back and were told the car had not come in. Friday, we call again, exact same process repeated, always us calling them and being told that they are so busy they haven't had time to figure our situation out. We always had to call them because it would go 5-6 hours without hearing from them.We are just as much a customer as anyone else that walks in there! However, they never wanted to spend time to work on our deal. I don't understand why. We ignore the deal over the weekend and called Monday morning. We also gave them the stock number of another vehicle we would like if the other one had not come in yet. (Since it has a stock number assigned, it should be on the lot.) Again, they will walk the lot and call us back if they find the vehicle. 6 hours later, we call them to be told they cannot find the one that was supposed to come in (on Thursday, this is Monday) AND that they other vehicle we wanted had been sold. Come Tuesday, we repeat the same process, so we have finally had enough of the run around and being told they are too busy to help us, so my husband does get angry with them and yell at them on the phone. I go in after work, still wanting to buy an Acadia from them. I am told by Matt that my husband was belligerent on the phone and if we did a deal, that he would have to come back and they would rather that not happen. He then said "If you can find something you like elsewhere, that's what we prefer you do". I couldn't believe that they were refusing to sell me a car! They basically told me to leave. We go to ANOTHER dealership that save evening and come home with a new car within 5 hours. The next day, my husband gets a call from John asking if he is ready to calm down and buy a car. Hahahaha! Are you kidding me? They tell me they don't want our business then call us back and ask us to come buy a car?! No thank you! More
