The "no nonsense" advertised price on their vehicles made coming to an agreement super easy. After I left the dealership in my "new to me" truck, the check engine light came on. I emailed Ryan about it the next day and Laura Buick GMC covered most of the cost of the repair which they were under no obligation whatsoever to do. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I drove nearly two hours one way to visit the dealership, and I will again in the future when I'm ready to buy another vehicle. More

Long story short, they put the price out there as the final number so there's no hassles, customers are important from entry to exit - whether you buy a car or not - and they make the process easy. The closest any dealership within a 50 mile radius could get to Laura Buick GMC's price was $5,000...for the same truck. Hands down, the best inventory, lowest price, and easiest experience ever. JD, my salesman, was the epitome of professional, knowledgable, and responsive. The guy text me, called me, and e-mailed me at my request with answers to all of my questions.
