When I originally purchased my vehicle from Laura Buick GMC, I was told I would be able to take advantage of a courtesy vehicle. When I scheduled my first service appointment, the woman I spoke with in the GMC, I was told I would be able to take advantage of a courtesy vehicle. When I scheduled my first service appointment, the woman I spoke with in the service department stated they don't do that for oil changes. Their hours for the service shop are 7 am - 6 pm. However, they only schedule oil changes til 3:30pm. This is real inconvenient for me because I'm a truck driver and generally work 5 am - 4 pm. In addition they don't perform oil changes on Saturdays. With no ability to drop off my vehicle I'm left having to leave work early. Which is not always possible. The last issue I'm going to vent is how I called looking for the recommended fuel supplement by GMC. In GM'Cs service book it states to use AC Delco's Diesel Fuel Supplement. It was highlighted.that it would be found at any GMC Dealership. Low and behold they don't carry it. I was told they use something else which the manual states only to use the AC Delco. Laura Buick GMC may be the number one GMC dealership, but in my book they come last with their service department. More

Place is really nice and has lots of vehicles to choose from at a very good price. Salesman are great to work with and easy. Only issue I have is it took two extra days to get my truck delivered to me. Add from at a very good price. Salesman are great to work with and easy. Added a couple accessories they couldn’t get on the truck on Saturday so told me they’d get them on Monday then deliver Tuesday but didn’t get truck until Thursday. It’s not really that big of a deal because I live three hours away and they didn’t have to deliver at all but they worked with me and two buddies to get the accessories put on. I’d recommend anyone to this place More
