The goal was to build my credit for a year or more so I could get into a brand new car. Well, 1 year and 5 days later I drive away with a 2018 Buick Encore. My kids and I love it! Excellent! I have dealt with several dealerships over time and Laura Buick has been the best. They always go over and beyond to exceed my expectations in the ser I have dealt with several dealerships over time and Laura Buick has been the best. They always go over and beyond to exceed my expectations in the service department. The sales department, however, is a little slow responding to callbacks/emails. I understand they are extremely busy though and it can't be easy to keep up. They will have my business for many years to come. Just wish I would have given them a chance sooner in life. Had my car overnight unplanned and didn’t call Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and to have the seat looked at. Dropped off Tuesday night for a 1030 Wednesday appointment. Called Wednesday n Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and to have the seat looked at. Dropped off Tuesday night for a 1030 Wednesday appointment. Called Wednesday night at 615pm to see if I could pick it up and was told that the service department was closed and my ticket was. It closed out yet. Got a call about noon Wednesday that my car was ready. Went in that evening and the service guys were all talking to people in person or on the phone, not all about work. Waited about 10 min before someone asked if we needed anything. The guy that got the paperwork could not tell me why they kept the car. Said he beloved they needed to order a part. It’s two weeks later and I just called for a follow up since I had t heard anything and the guy said they have had a part waiting for my vehivle. Said he wasn’t sure why I didn’t get a call because he was not, “They Guy I was working with.” Once this is installed I’ll find another dealer to get work done at. More
