I have been buying GM product since the 60’s. It was a very easy purchase until it was time to pick up my new GMC 1500 Denali. The vehicle had a chip on the door. The salesman (Dave Pusa) said he It was a very easy purchase until it was time to pick up my new GMC 1500 Denali. The vehicle had a chip on the door. The salesman (Dave Pusa) said he would order a bottle of paint per my request. He went back into the facility and when got back I had noticed tar and other crud on the vehicle. The bed, which now has a dealer installed folding cover was filthy with dust that had accumulated while sitting on the lot. He, Dave said the detailers were not of high quality and told me to have it detailed and he would reimburse me. I did and took pictures of the tailgate and engine compartment. I sent the pictures to Dave and let him know I paid $80 to have it detailed. I’ve been given the runaround ever since. I text him yesterday, he called me back, said Laura’s is just so big and don’t care, He was going to get back with me today. As usual, Notta! More
