Why send me a service center review on a new car purchase I’m confused. Never serviced? Left my gps device that saves me insurance $$ that I can’t seem to get back on my trade in. . Purchased new auto and was I’m confused. Never serviced? Left my gps device that saves me insurance $$ that I can’t seem to get back on my trade in. . Purchased new auto and was told we lost the second set of keys and I had to pay to get reimbursed. Weak cost savings tactic. F&I printed paperwork prior to disclosing interest rate and didn’t offer any other options on financing. Emailed salesman for GM contact no response. I personally know 4 other people that purchased from there and no other issues. I recommend all to this dealer due to pricing. Just kind of confused as to be the largest dealer I am confused. I love the price no problem with the trade in value I just want my second set of keys and the gps MOTOsafety device I left in my trade. More

Horrible, airagent service advisor Horrible visit.Had to go there 3 times and still no fix. The service advisor told me to drive my truck until it got worse so they could find out what Horrible visit.Had to go there 3 times and still no fix. Extremely frustrating, got my mud flaps stolen off my truck when my truck was there and I'm still waiting on the check to reimburse me my money. I've contacted them 3 times on that. You will no longer have my business, and I will tell as many people as I can to not visit your service department. More

My car was spotless & and I cane out to a pig pen. My car looked like it was in a four wheel competition- I even said is this my car? I had to go get it cleaned up.
