They don’t keep their word, also if you have a coupon for 89 oil change but charges you 108 dollars. This time I took my truck up there and brought my old receipt to show them, then suddenly they could find it but now the warranty is expired. This place has changed in the last two years and not for the good! I bought my truck and they used to give loner car so you could drop your truck off the night before but now that has stop. The service department has really went down hill. I had wait 15 for them to get my truck, I told three guys just standing there, where’s my truck? Not one even try to help they were to busy joking around. They had put my keys in the box for pick later on and instead of the waiting area. I was going to buy a new truck, but it will not be for here!!! More
