Despite having to drive over 900 miles to pick up my new Yukon XL my experience was outstanding. Pricing was sorted out the first few minutes of the conversation and the rest were the logistics of making it happen despite my long planned family vacation that made me unable to get out there for an additional week. We were able to come up with a fair price for my trade and he worked with me to ensure my new vehicle would not be sold out from under me. When I arrived, exhausted, there wasn't any dealership nonsense one hears so much about. Doubt they would even have time for all that considering the dealership was hopping for a Monday afternoon. You would have thought it was a Friday or Saturday with all the traffic in there. Jim walked me through the process, had me grab a bite while they confirmed the trade, then it was off to meet the financial person for the final paperwork. And even there, warranty options were discussed and I was able to make a decision without feeling pressured. All round it was one of my best vehicle purchases in 35 years. I will definitely be coming back for my next purchase! More

I have had a 2023 Sierra a 2024 Sierra Denali and now have a 2025 Sierra Denali all 3 kept having dead batteries. The 2024 they reimbursed me for a battery)Brennan ) in service did . The 2025 went dead with less than 1000 miles and again at 2000 . It went dead again so I replaced the battery at 2500 miles . I spoke with Jeremy in their service department and he refused to help me . Both times it was dead I left a voice mail for Steve Rogers my salesman and no one would return my calls . I have a friend , Zach Cachera who purchased a new GMC Yukon from Laura Buick had same problem and took it in 3 times and it kept going dead . He traded for a Ford Expedition. I only asked to be reimbursed for a battery and got no cooperation. Service department is a zero ! Said I had to bring it in which is hard when’s it’s dead ! I’m 90 minutes away . When you already know the problem that is ridiculous! 3 trucks in a row and my 2021 blew up ECS . I asked them to do it easily but Jeremy told me to ahead and send a review like he didn’t care ! Not happy as I’ve purchased 7 new vehicles from them ! More
