While Laura Buick GMC is a high volume dealer, it falls short in customer service after the sale. While the lot is large, the sales rep knew nothing about the vehicle, where it was located, if it was clea short in customer service after the sale. While the lot is large, the sales rep knew nothing about the vehicle, where it was located, if it was clean, or any history. This created a 30 minute delay just to locate the vehicle to look it over. Although the price of the vehicle for the milage and condition was 'acceptable', it was a VERY difficult process to get the vehicle to pass inspection in Missouri. The windshield wiper flew off of the vehicle the first time while driving home and the vehicle had too much play in the tie rods. The Missouri mechanic took pictures showing that the tie rods were worn and needed to be replaced in order to pass the Missouri inspection. The result is that I had to needlessly visit Laura Buick (3) three times and they would 'bad mouth' the Missouri mechanic, stating he did not know how to do his job (although he had 40 years of experience), took pictures showing the play in the tie rods. Since I could not get the vehicle to pass, I proceeded to give the vehicle back to Dave Pusa and his manager. They stated to me that they were not a 'bank', which I replied, 'I can't get the vehicle licensed in Missouri, so I would like my money back and full refund'. This was the only avenue to get resolution and have the tie rods replaced which resulted in driving 30 miles each time to bring the truck to the dealer. Also, the truck was to be cleaned before pickup and was still very dirty on the inside upon my arrival (think of the previous owner eating Cheetos everyday while commuting) One rep replied that it was 'college kids' and that was to be expected. No, this needs to be addressed in their quality control/assurance area. Also, they would not replace the wiper either. I'll leave this to the reader if going to Laura Buick GMC is worth the effort. While a high volume dealer, which has solid pricing, I would strongly recommend looking at all alternatives if one is looking for service after the sale or if one wants to be valued a customer (who just laid out 5 digits of money). Especially, when the dealership was clearly responsible and acted like the customer was an inconvenience to them. More

He is very personable and takes the time to make you feel comfortable an with Jason welsh and Will. I’ve now used Jason 3 times over the last decade.
