When you pay for the best warranty on your vehicle and then you have to pay two hundred and twenty five dollars for it to get checked out needs to be covered by the warranty. I recently had a very frustrating experience with Drew at Laura dealership. I live out of state and had found a pickup I was very interested in purchasing. Drew assured me that he would call me at 9:30 AM to Laura dealership. I live out of state and had found a pickup I was very interested in purchasing. Drew assured me that he would call me at 9:30 AM to finalize the online offer, and even stated that he was holding the file on his desk for us. However, three hours after his promised call time, he finally reached out, only to inform me that someone else had come in, taken the file off his desk, and sold the truck I wanted. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is absolutely unacceptable. If you're considering buying a vehicle from Laura, I'd strongly advise against it based on my experience. You might think a deal is secure, only for them to drop the ball and sell it out from under you. Be warned—this dealership doesn’t seem to respect your time or follow through on commitments. More
