I found her enthusiasm and "love" for the MiniCooper to be contagious. During my test drive, Jessica explained the many unique features and shared some her her own personal experience with her Mini. I liked her cordial manner even when I seemed to ask the simplest of questions. While I had done extensive research on my own, Jessica clarified any additional concerns I had about the Mini Cooper's operation and performance. She also respected my need for "unbiased uninterrupted think time" over a few days. I could tell this girl was confident (in a very nice way)about the Mini, but she did not pressure me which I indeed appreciated. She also offered to help me find the right mini for me since it was not currently available on-site at the dealer. She worked up my specific scheme on the computer and I loved it!! She did too! I felt comfortable putting down a deposit and waiting the 3 weeks as promised for my mini to arrive. I thought the price I was quoted by the manager was pretty fair considering the research I had done myself on various websites with True Market value etc. Over the next few weeks,Jessica kept me well informed as to my mini's arrival time. I enjoyed her emails and texts as she seems to have a wonderful sense of humor and wit! My Mini Cooper buying experience was almost as much fun as driving it!! More
