It seems that this dealership makes a practice of deceiving customers. The car that I was intestate in had a problem with the steering. I came back the next week to pick-up the vehicle and the car had another problem with the air bags. The dealership tried to reassure me that the car was safe and to just sign the paperwork. I refused. They now want an extra $1,000 for the car because they had to fix the steering. It seems that Ford Certified does not really mean anything with this dealership. I would not purchase anything from this dealership. Buyers beware. More

This tiny Ford Store has more high line cars then the luxury dealers in bloomfield hills, I work right by them, I know. I purchased a XJR Jag for $5500 less than the Jag stores best deal. Purchase used 2007 GMC truck. Truck was misrepresented and was offered a $300 fuel gift card for compensation. Fuel gift card turned out to be a scam. I am shocked that I am writing this in praise of Jamin and I read a review below that talks about a negative experience. First off the price this dealer has to offer on used cars in the best around. I shopped for 7 days and could not find a comparable price that was even close. They do brag a lot how they are number one in the nation but for this size of a dealer it is impressive. Jamin sold the Expedition I was looking for while I shopped around and he found the same car for less in only 3 days. I cant say any other dealer would have even gone this far let alone sell me the same vehicle for less!?? Thank you Jamin you are very easy to work with and you will see us next time we are in the market :) William More

We purchased a 2006 used truck from Jamin @ Lasco Ford because it was a pretty good price. We should have read these ratings before we ever went there! After numerous calls, emails & 2 months of promises & 3 trips to the dealership (an hour and a half round trip) we still don't have the complete car that we purchased. They needed a week after we paid for it to replace a muffler & "clean & detail it", but when we picked it up it was filthy & was missing interior components that were there a week earlier. What did they do to it?! I have been very patient & polite in spite of my frustration. I have spoken to Jamin 2 or 3 times & he has never offered any apology & keeps saying that he'll get us the parts. Lately he just ignores my calls. I have just about given up. I have left a message for Sales Manager Jay Lasco, but that has gone unanswered. There's no value for your money here - run, run away from Lasco Ford! More

I would have to say buy the best price, its worth it! these guys cant be making any money with the price I got my 08 Impala for! Seriously, they were $2,000 less than anyone on the internet and the car had a clean carfax and was impecable. Maybe just my luck but I had to pass this one on. Bravo Lasco you are going to get my business again. More

I was looking for a new or used car and we went through the process of doing a trade in and valuing the car. I then test drove a car that night and brought it back because the blower motor on the air cond the process of doing a trade in and valuing the car. I was promised it wasn't in an accident, yet there was good evidence it was and had some repainted work and even had some rust inside the back drivers door. I was also promised a $250 monthly payment, came back it was $300 for a messed up car but they had a deal for a new Ford Focus, so I test drove that and was ready to sign, but for personal reasons was offered a deal from my father in law and it was far better so i decided not to buy the focus. I went to take my trade in home and THEY LOST THE KEYS, BUT THATS NOT THE WORST PART! As Dan, a great sales rep by the way, was busting his butt looking for the keys, he was getting flak from other employees. Fair enough, but then rather than help or solve the issue they told him he was on his own and there was nothing they were going to do for me and my wife as far as using a car to get to work the next day. Their only solution was that Dan could drive us home and we could find our way back when we could for our car. All of the employees sat staring and essentially mad at him and us. Needless to say no manager, lasco or anyone, with exception of the finance manager came in the hour in a half we waited to talk to us or offer an apology, WE ENDED UP GETTING A RIDE FROM DAN TO MY INLAWS HOPING THERE WAS A SPARE KEY, AND DAN EVEN OFFERED TO LEND ME HIS VEHICLE. Liked Dan, but Lasco Ford is run by a bunch of idiots that don't care about customers or doing the right thing by them. DON'T GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP EVEN IF IT WAS THE LAST ONE ON THE BLOCK. More

Being a michigan native born and raised I always have been a U.S. made auto buyer. I finally decided to drive a Ford and I am glad I did! The quality is like a luxury car, and yes I am a techy so the synch the car has is amazing! From my phone to Ipod its amazing! Lasco ford has a young, but well trained staff that knows the product like no dealership I have ever been to! Thanks guys! Lasco Ford has already impressed me with there service department too! Great job. Period. My car is probably the best this that has happend to me in a long time. If you need to get a loan, they can do it. I agree this is definitly a scam sales office no service after the sale. I should of known better, the sales man was pushy, paper work had to be retyped I was given gap coverages without being asked and had after the sale. I was so exhausted my head was on the desk during the transaction and I just wanted to go home. Their is no customer comfort. I still think I was lied to several times. After one day the transfer case went due to different size tires causing the system not to know why the vehicle should not be in 4whl drive all the time, the radiator had a hole in it and had to be replaced, it needed new tires, wheel alignment and a new tire sensor. I live and work an hour away during their service hours and it was impossible for me to get time off to get in their. They do not offer any accomodations,and do not disclose any info. After being told I could drop off after work I went to the dealership and they could not do anything. They ended up giving me their chase vehicle reluctantly so I did not make a scene to other customers and also felt like these were 2 spoiled rotten sons of the dealership. Needless to say do not purchase from this dealer, and I also have wrote the attorney general and better business bureau. The vehicle is currently in repairs and hopefully I do not have any further problems. But have been without a vehicle for 4 days and counting! More
