Pretty simple dealership to deal with. They have enough inventory it made things work out for me. I really wanted a long expedition that they had but it sold already. I just bought a 09 Ford Fusion from Lasko Ford. I found the car I wanted on their website, I called them and was connected with Mike. It took me less then an hour to complete the paperwork and drive it off the lot. Maybe the others that left comments just caught them on a bad day...It was a great buying from them..I drove from an hour away and the deal worked for me! By far the best prices out there.......!!!!! More

Went to this dealer to look at a used truck. Was a great price, but needed new tires. The salesperson spent less then 10 minutes with us even though we were there for 2 1/2 hours, as he was attempting yo j price, but needed new tires. The financing person then submitted our information for financing and inflated our income by 3 times what it actually was. Our salesperson then asked us if we could get our employer to give us a paystub ( that no one would allegedly see) to show this amount. Very scary selling ( if not illegal??) selling practices. We had driven almost 3 hours one way to look at this vehicle and were not given friendly or even satisfactory customer service. More

I am unsure about the mixed reviews of this Ford store after my purchase. I bought a 2008 Ford Escape that was certified. I almost had a hard time getting a salesperson at first but it is understandable because their pricing really is the lowest anywhere. I would almost say call first and talk to someone. After reading some of the negative comments I would have to say any dealer that sells as many cars as they do is bound to have a few issues along the way, all I have to say is they were good to me. It seems that this dealership makes a practice of deceiving customers. The car that I was intestate in had a problem with the steering. Since it was a certified vehicle I thought that if they fixed deceiving customers. The car that I was intestate in had a problem with the steering. Since it was a certified vehicle I thought that if they fixed the problem it would be fine. I asked them to fix the problem before I bought the car. I came back the next week to pick-up the vehicle and the car had another problem with the air bags. The dealership tried to reassure me that the car was safe and to just sign the paperwork. I refused. They now want an extra $1,000 for the car because they had to fix the steering. It seems that Ford Certified does not really mean anything with this dealership. I would not purchase anything from this dealership. Buyers beware. More

This tiny Ford Store has more high line cars then the luxury dealers in bloomfield hills, I work right by them, I know. I purchased a XJR Jag for $5500 less than the Jag stores best deal. Purchase used 2007 GMC truck. Truck was misrepresented and was offered a $300 fuel gift card for compensation. Fuel gift card turned out to be a scam. I am shocked that I am writing this in praise of Jamin and I read a review below that talks about a negative experience. First off the price this dealer has to offer on used cars in the best around. I shopped for 7 days and could not find a comparable price that was even close. They do brag a lot how they are number one in the nation but for this size of a dealer it is impressive. Jamin sold the Expedition I was looking for while I shopped around and he found the same car for less in only 3 days. I cant say any other dealer would have even gone this far let alone sell me the same vehicle for less!?? Thank you Jamin you are very easy to work with and you will see us next time we are in the market :) William More

We purchased a 2006 used truck from Jamin @ Lasco Ford because it was a pretty good price. We should have read these ratings before we ever went there! After numerous calls, emails & 2 months of promises & 3 trips to the dealership (an hour and a half round trip) we still don't have the complete car that we purchased. They needed a week after we paid for it to replace a muffler & "clean & detail it", but when we picked it up it was filthy & was missing interior components that were there a week earlier. What did they do to it?! I have been very patient & polite in spite of my frustration. I have spoken to Jamin 2 or 3 times & he has never offered any apology & keeps saying that he'll get us the parts. Lately he just ignores my calls. I have just about given up. I have left a message for Sales Manager Jay Lasco, but that has gone unanswered. There's no value for your money here - run, run away from Lasco Ford! More
