I love Lasco Ford. I purchased a used BMW from their lot 6 months ago and I am extremely pleased. Jamin took the time to really explore my options with me to make sure that we found a vehicle that was the right fit for my budget and needs. I really couldn't have asked for a better experience. I occasionally call Jamin and bug him about maintenance & upkeep questions and he is such a breath of fresh air! He takes the time to make sure I'm completely taken care of. I leased my old BMWs from BMW dealerships and never received the service that I expected. After my experience with Lasco Ford, I wouldn't shop anywhere else. And the Lasco brothers, just the sweetest boys you've ever met! More
I was turning in two leases and purchasing a new vehicle. When I originally talked to Ryan Valade, I told him one of the cars was 2000 miles over it's limit. Based on that, he gave me quotes on monthly pay When I originally talked to Ryan Valade, I told him one of the cars was 2000 miles over it's limit. Based on that, he gave me quotes on monthly payments and turn in values. On the day I turned in both vehicles, we realized that the one car was actually only 168 miles over. Ryan stated that that would cut down my payment. I asked if I could get the DVD player in exchange and he said yes. On the day I signed the papers, I was told by Dave Featherly that my vehicle had Sirius radio and all I had to do was call to get six months free. When I called, Sirius said my car didn't come with it. I called the dealership and they told me to bring the car in and they would take care of it. I had to bring the car in on two different days. On the first trip, they told me ford wouldn't let me get the DVD player, and they never deducted anything from my payment. On the second day, I found out the code panel didn't work and asked them to fix that too. I waited three hours and they told me I can't get Sirius and the code panel was fine. The panel still doesn't work. I went to talk to Matt Lasco, the owner, and told him I was promised all these things but didn't get them. He said, "my salesmen can lie all they want. If you can read like an adult, you would have read the sticker. " He then told me to leave. When I got back in my car, the sticker for the car had a bunch of handwriting on it that said "no sat." there was nothing on the sticker before like that. So now I have a 2010 flex that I'd like to trade in. Not only will I never go to Lasco Ford, I will never buy a ford again! I think ford has gotten a big head because they're doing better than the others. Eventually, they too, will be like Chrysler. More
I was not unhappy with Lasco Ford until I drove home with no temp. tag and was told I didn't need one (twice). We live in Ohio. The next day i figured i did and called them to overnight one to me. It was a no temp. tag and was told I didn't need one (twice). We live in Ohio. The next day i figured i did and called them to overnight one to me. It was a friday and they didn't want to send it by Sat., but decided they would since we live 80 miles away. Waited all day sat., for delivery and none came. Received the temp tag on monday and saw the fed ex label was haphazzardly filled out with both standard delivery and sat delivery checked. If they would have taken the time to fill out another fedex label, i would not be writing this review. The service otherwise was ok and the price was great. But it is this little thing that will now stick in my head. Only had the car for four days, so am holding out to see how it goes. More
I don't have good credit and I was refered to Anne my cousin had also purchased a vehicle from here and praised the work she does. She helped me out when no other dealer would. I have been turned down a cousin had also purchased a vehicle from here and praised the work she does. She helped me out when no other dealer would. I have been turned down at many other dealerships but Lasco Ford was the only one that could get me approved and spent the time with me to get me into a car. I am very pleased with the service and promptness of all of them. I have read these other reviews and not sure where others are coming from Lasco Ford is a good dealership and can get the job done. They are all great and friendly there!! More
In reference to the posting of Lasco Ford about the warranty & service of the Lincoln Aviator on 10/28/09. I had taken a vehicle to Lasco Ford for a check engine light / rough idle. Originally I was advised that this was going to be an expensive repair that the warranty company was not going to cover. After light / rough idle. Originally I was advised that this was going to be an expensive repair that the warranty company was not going to cover. After picking up my vehicle I was contacted by the Dealership G.M. (Matt) who told me that the Warrant Co. (AUTOSAVE) was going to take care of the problem for me. The vehicle is now running good, thanks. More
The day I went to look at my van a lady was spraying "harsh chemicals" on the carpet. When I asked why Jamin, the sales guy, said they do this to all their vehicles. I bought it and a week later a wet "harsh chemicals" on the carpet. When I asked why Jamin, the sales guy, said they do this to all their vehicles. I bought it and a week later a wet dog and urine smell started appearing in the van and a ton of stains on the carpet. I complained and they put an ionizer in it which helped for 2 days. I have complained to the BBB and still Lasco will do nothing. My seat belts are frayed on the driver and passenger side. They said they would fix them before I took my van home, this was right after I purchased it. A week later, after calling everyday to find out when I can pick my van up, they finally let me take it home. Without the seatbelts fixed. This was a safety issue. Then my van was supposed to come with a warranty, and come to find out the day I need work done was the day it expired which was only a month after I purchased it. I had the lower control arm fixed and they left the ti rod bolt loose. It was only finger tight. Then they cut the ti rod boot, the axle boot, and busted my hub cap. I took it back and the service guy sean says " I will fix this for you" He calls me the next day, "this was not our fault. It didn't happen here". Well that is the only place I had my van and it was not like that when I dropped it off. They did shotty work, sabbotaged my van that I drive with my two little children in it, and said it was not their fault. AS a mom they left that van unsafe for my kids. That whole dealership needs to be out of business. I would NEVER recommend this place and I would think twice before you go there. They will say anything to make a sale, and once the sale is done, screw you. I am also rethinking staying with the ford product because when I called ford to complain they just said, "sorry for the inconvienence". More

Bought a certified pre-owned car two months ago...since then it has been to the shop twice. The first time I hadn't even received the Ford Warranty card yet b/c it had to go in 5 days after I bought it, an then it has been to the shop twice. The first time I hadn't even received the Ford Warranty card yet b/c it had to go in 5 days after I bought it, and it was in the shop for 6 days more. The second time it went in was because the car had ZERO brakes on the rear end. Keep in mind, I owned this car for 2 months and there were ZERO brake pads. That trip to the mechanic cost me $500 to replace the brake pads and fix the rotors. Now, you would figure the service dept. at Lasco would be willing to work with a customer on these issues, especially since I've owned this car for TWO MONTHS. You would be mistaken. My salesman immediately passes me off to someone else, while in turn the business manager simply hangs up. Meanwhile, calling the Ford Warranty department does absolutely nothing as they tell you to contact the dealership. I would not recommend buying from this dealership. More
