After reading a lot of reviews (most not so kind)of this dealership, I was concerned about the level of professionalism I was going to receive. I had a specific model and color of vehicle that I had wanted dealership, I was concerned about the level of professionalism I was going to receive. I had a specific model and color of vehicle that I had wanted to purchase. After seven full days of another dealership promising to be able to deliver, and not, I gave Keith a call late on Friday afternoon. He called me back 10 minutes later and said he would have the vehicle I was looking for on Monday. He did. I have dealt with many dealerships in the past. This was the friendliest, most attentive team I have done business with. The new vehicle price was by far the lowest I was able to find. The amount offered for my trade in was double that of what another dealership had offered. My salesperson, Mike, was doing a deal with another couple and still, somehow, gave both of us the attention we deserved. We closed our deal quickly but was not at all rushed. "After purchase communication" has also been outstanding. I can't say enough good things about this experience. Prior to purchase, I knew no one here & am not related to anyone at this dealership. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. More
We went to Lasco to buy a Used 2003 ford Explorer with 82k in miles. I made a phone call & set up a time to see the car. Was meet by the sales person & let us take the car for a test ride. The car seemed 82k in miles. I made a phone call & set up a time to see the car. Was meet by the sales person & let us take the car for a test ride. The car seemed a little high on the price side like all used cars they are marked up to make a profit. So the sales person kept asking how much I would be willing to pay for the Truck since I thought the price was high. I said I wasn't sure so I asked her how much did the dealership pay for the truck. She said she wasn't sure she could get that information. Then Jay Lasco came out & Said Im JAy Lasco GM of the Dealership. You could tell he didn't like us cause we were asking what he had paid for the car. He told us we were rude for asking what he paid for the car. I was thinking I just don't want to pay to much for the car & if you could tell us we could make a the right choice for the right price before purchasing the car. He told us story about Wal-Mart & you don't ask them what they paid so why are you asking me what I paid for the car. At this point I was so turned off by his lack of my need to see the price he paid & only saw he would not be making much profit on me & got mad when we said we didn't want the car if he couldn't show us what he paid, he then threw a piece of paper & said there thats what I paid are you happy now do you want to buy the car. I got up & left with my Pregnant wife, while leaving Jay Lasco held don't ever come back. I was never coming back but since he could not make a sale he want to let me know he wasn't selling me the car & never come back remember Im leaving & he's yelling this like a child who just got told NO. What a little BABY. I was the best friend of the dealership up to the point when I said NO & wanted info to make a better purchasing decision . WHen I said NO I was told to leave never come back & then meet by Matt Lesco at the front door & was told to leave the dealership it was private property & told me to" f***" leave before he called the police. This was unreal my pregnant wife was so scared she ran to the car while CRAZY Matt Lascoe chased me out the door only one inch from my nose like he was going to punch me. My wife is still scared of Matt & how crazy he got. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE NUTS BAGS..... THEy are true xxxx with old school selling tactics. Do you & your wallet a favor and stay away from this place. THis is the scariest experience she's ever had in her entire life & all we wanted to do was find out what they paid for a used car before we bought it. If someone cant show you that info upfront then don't purchase the car from them. Don t Give these losers a dollar of your money. I mean he got in my face & backed me out of the dealership cause I said NO. SO should you. To many choices when it comes to buying cars. They have many complaints from many people it s no accident they are not only MEan , RUDE , Greedy. I mean GREEDy. Tell all people you know stay away. Matt Lasco is just a little to crazy to be selling cars! Scary Day at LASCO. More

My wife and I were looking to replace our 2008 Ford Escape lease with a pre-owned Ford Explorer. Prior to our Escape lease, we did have an 06 Explorer and wanted another one. We usually buy or lease Escape lease with a pre-owned Ford Explorer. Prior to our Escape lease, we did have an 06 Explorer and wanted another one. We usually buy or lease new but decided to invest in a pre-owned this time. Our usual dealer we work with was un-able to meet our needs so we decided to look around. Lasco Ford had exactly what we were looking for at a price range we were willing to work within So we decided to give them chance. We used the internet sales avenue to contact Lasco Ford regarding a 2008 Explorer XLT on the lot. Christine Harris contacted us within 24 hours of the inquiry. We had presented an offer which was contingent on a successful test drive and made an appointment to come out to Lasco. We live in Canton the dealership is not the closest but they seemed eager to work with us. When we arrived the vehicle was ready in a reasonable amount of time and we took her out for a ride. The vehicle was presented very well. Clean and fully inspected as a CPO should be. After the ride we both agreed on the offer as presented and the process began. We turned our lease vehicle in to them and drove the Explorer home that night! Very good service. Faster than expected. Thanks again to Christine Harris (sales) and Teresa Bozoian (finance) The professionalism made our experience a good one. Note: We are also please with follow-up correspondence from Lasco so far and expect the high level of service to continue. Thanks again! More
I had been working with another dealer in the Waterford area and had a very bad experience with the saleman there.A few years ago, he convinced me to buy a plan that would "detail my truck and make it look area and had a very bad experience with the saleman there.A few years ago, he convinced me to buy a plan that would "detail my truck and make it look good". After finally getting the work done, the job was a total disappointment. It was alot of money wasted with no satisfaction from that dealership. I headed to Lasco Ford and that was the best decision for they were the greatest. As I approached the door, it was opened for me by a salesman and asked if I would like a cup of coffee or hot chocolate as it was cold that day. They gave me a good price for my truck and took my lease early so that I could purchase a 2011 Escape. Yes, it was a long process, but it was worth it. I traded in two vehicles that I no longer needed and left that same day with a really cool Escape that I never envisioned I would be able to afford. To make this experience even better, I took a friend of mine who wanted to trade in her GM car early but was told she had to wait. She, too, drove home in a beautiful new 2011 Fusion that very same day. More

I wrote a review days after purchasing my used Mazda 6. I was very disappointed in the length of time Allen kept me there. I was also extremely disappointed in the lack of common courtesy anyone in this deal was very disappointed in the length of time Allen kept me there. I was also extremely disappointed in the lack of common courtesy anyone in this dealership showed me and my children while there. That hasn't changed. I can't find that review. So you know the background, I was there over 3 1/2 hours during the middle of the day. I had 2 of my children with me. One sat on the floor. We were at Allen's desk in the middle of the sales office, no walls. Not one person offered to get my son a chair. My kids were complaining to me how hungry they were. Allen disappeared at one point for about 30 min. and came back with a taco bell cup! After hearing my kids hunger complaints he disappears for lunch. He never even offered us a drink of water. I also informed Allen several times I had another child I had to pick up from school, I am an hours drive from home and her school. Yet he appeared to do nothing to get the paperwork done. He got up and disappeared several times and came back with very little or nothing to say each time. When I was finally allowed to leave, I felt very uninformed and invisible and I was 45 minutes late picking up my daughter. As you read below it is apparent Allen didn't listen to me on this day at all. When my husband and I went to pick up the car, Allen was too busy to take us out to the car and do the final go over and hand us the keys. He sent us out with some other guy. I don't know who he was or what his role in the dealership is. I will call him "Joe". My husband noticed and pointed out that several clips holding the trunk liner lid were missing causing a corner of the liner to hang down. Now I know the sale was over and I bought the car As IS, but "Joe" said he could get some clips for us and "put them in the mail tomorrow." He even took a clip to make sure he got the right size. "Wow that was nice" I was thinking, the only bright spot in this whole ordeal. Well, a week goes by and no clips. So I call Allen. It took 3 calls to him that day to get him to admit nothing was done about the clips, I bought the car As Is, "he('Joe') shouldn't have popped off at the mouth like that", and the clips are only "like a buck". I couldn't believe I was hearing this. I explained to him that it wasn't about the cost of the clips. It is about customer service. He offered to send me $5 for the cost to my Brighton address. I live no where near Brighton. I live 60 miles away from the dealership and Brighton. If he had listened to me during the sales process or this days conversations he would have known that. At one point he sushed me! It wasn't because I was yelling. I was explaining how poorly I was treated. It is now another week later. No clips, no $5 in the mail, as I expected. I also had to call them today to find out where my license plate was. My temporary expires tomorrow. It is there at the dealership. They said they would send it out right away. I informed Michelle that my temp expires tomorrow and asked it to be Fed Exed. She put me on hold to get permission. According to her it will in fact be Fed Exed out today. I will let you know if it is delivered tomorrow. Allen did call me last week and left a message for me to call him back. I did. I got his voicemail and left a message. Just wondering what the call was about, as he did not return my call. Maybe he was going to tell me my the plate was in? I may never know. More
